3QL, (the “Company”) and
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR NAME
FULL ADDRESS, (the ‘Supplier’) 
BACKGROUND
A. The Company’s business is in the provision of multi-drop parcel delivery services which is provides to its clients at various UK sites and locations.
B. The Supplier, as an independent person in business in their own right, provides professional driver and multidrop delivery/courier services (the “Services”) 
and such skills and abilities may, from time to time, be available to the Company.
C. The Company and the Supplier agree that if the Supplier offers to make his services available to the Company and is engaged by the Company, the terms and 
conditions in this contract for services shall apply.
D. DBS fee payable by the contractor of £49 which will be deducted from your invoice.
E. PPE is always required when on site High Visibility Vest and Safety Boots. A high visibility vest can be provided at a cost of £7.50 should you require.
OPERATIVE PROVISIONS
1. The Company is not obliged to offer any work to the Supplier, neither is the Supplier obliged to accept any work offered. The Supplier is obliged to make 
his Services available at the times you have agreed to provide services. Specifically, both parties agree that they do not intend to create or imply any 
mutuality of obligations at any time, either during or in between any individual engagement. 
2. As an independent contractor, you declare that you have and will continue to have a diversified customer base and shall not be considered as dependent 
on HRC logistics to maintain your business. You shall never be considered as a legal representative, an agent or an employee of HRC logistics, and that 
the present Service Level Agreement will not create any joint venture or partnership venture between you and HRC logistics in respect of the provisions 
of employment Law, social security Law or tax Law. 
3. The Company will not supervise, direct or control and will not have the right to supervise, direct or control how the Supplier is to perform the Servicesa timely 
manner. 
4. The Supplier is free to use his own initiative as how best to complete the Services and has the flexibility to arrange how and when the Services are carried 
out, always provided that this does not unreasonably interfere with or delay other works being carried on by or on behalf of the Company or with any site 
restrictions in place on a particular Assignment. 
5. The Supplier is not obliged to seek permission from the Company to leave a location at any time but agrees to notify the Company of any such absence to 
ensure smooth delivery of the Services and compliance with Health and Safety legislation. 
6. The Supplier will be asked on a weekly basis to provide his periods of availability for the following 2 weeks. Should the Supplier be unable or unwilling to 
provide the Services during a period he has previously confirmed availability, he is required to provide a substitute in accordance with clause 20. 
7. The Supplier’s time spent providing the Services to the Company is a maximum of 63 hours per week this includes any additional services that may be 
agreed between the parties from time to time. The Supplier shall not exceed 10 hours’ driving in any one day and should contact the Company immediately 
if it becomes apparent that this time limited is likely to be exceeded. 
8. The Company will monitor the Supplier’s rest breaks in accordance with health and safety legislation. It is the Supplier’s responsibility to ensure adequate 
rest breaks are taken. It is recommended that you take a minimum of 30 minutes break when driving for 8 hours or more. 
9. Any defective work the Company reasonably determines has been caused by the Supplier, or by any substitute or hired assistant working for the Supplier, 
will be corrected by the Supplier at his own cost or in his own time. 
10. The Supplier is not entitled to participate in the Company’s grievance and disciplinary procedure. 
11. The Supplier is free to provide any services to any other party at the same time as being engaged by the Company and the Company acknowledges that it 
will not have first call on the services of the Supplier in priority to any third party. 
12. The supplier vehicle needs to be clean and road worthy failure to provide a vehicle will result in no services offered to the supplier. 
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
13. The parties agree that the Supplier will be paid for every route completed at a rate explained in the rate card on HRC Pay Policy. The payment will have the 
bring your own device (B.Y.O.D) payment added. 
14. The Supplier is required to raise an invoice for his Services. This needs to be submitted to our accounts team on accounts@hrclogistics.com and issued 
on a weekly basis before Wednesday at latest for payment to follow on Friday. We can provide details of accounting and payroll firms that can help you 
with the invoices and tax affairs the agreement will be between yourself and the accounting company. HRC doesn’t have any influence or control over 
that company.
